Production Turnaround Time for Print

Turnaround time is the production time, it’s starts once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded, attached and approved. It doesn’t include the artwork design or delivery time. If you ask for artwork proof, turnaround will begin after receive approval of the proof.

All turnaround times are available for 24/7 as we open everyday including Saturday, Sunday and Overnight.

Regular 3-5 Working Days Services:

Our regular 3-5 Working days is more cost effective services for our customers, which is available for large quantity, special finishing and more flexible job.

Next Day Services:

Our next day service is that orders arriving with artwork and approved by 5.00pm, which will be ready for collection or dispatched by agreed estimated time of next day.

Same Day Services:

Our same day service is that orders arriving with artwork and approved by 2.00pm which will be ready and dispatched by agreed estimated time of that day.

Premium Services:

Our premium services are two categories like; 2-3 hours express service and overnight exclusive service. Subject to availability of stock, artwork, quantity and finish.

2-3 Hours Services:

We are offering exciting 2-3 hour services for our customer, which is included Saturday and Sunday. 2-3 hours service start from the point of the order confirmation. This is one of the best services of our 24/7 services.

Overnight Services:

Our exclusive premium service is Overnight night service including Saturday, Sunday, which we accept order till 10.00pm (we can consider any job after 10.00pm depends on your urgency). Please make a call or email us to make an appointment for shop collection or delivery. Minimum order for overnight services are £50.00 + courier (if required) collection or delivery.

24/7 Printing:

At HRJ MEDIA we have a very strong work integrity. We operate 24/7 for your business needs either for regular print requirement, last minute presentations, or you work with global businesses in different time zone, rely on our service and we will get your prints ready for collection or delivery to anywhere suits you.

Place your order by 9.00 PM to complete the order same night or early in the morning delivery or collection, so we can make a plan to avoid any disappointment. Also, for the same day and within a few hours’ delivery services depends on the quantity, stock availability, delivery destination. we will always try our hardest to accommodate your project and will give you the turnaround time for delivery or collection for the order.

Note:

 An additional time may be needed if you request for lamination, creasing or folding for the products you have ordered. Large quantity and multiple finishing require additional turnaround time. Please contact us before placing any large quantity job to get an estimated time that how long it will take to finish. We can estimate the time of delivery that depends on the proof of your artwork approve.
